TooFlexi panels are light (3.0–10.5 kg/m²) and flexible — attributes that line up well with North American weight limits and seismic detailing. United States — What Specifiers Expect
US projects typically reference established standards for thin adhered veneers rather than a single “MCM” code. Common frameworks specifiers ask about include:
- ASTM C1670 / C1670M — Standard Specification for Adhered Manufactured Stone Veneer Masonry (the family MCM sits within).
- ICC-ES AC51 — acceptance criteria for exterior adhered veneer systems, often cited for code reports.
- ASTM C666 — freeze-thaw durability, relevant to cold-climate façades.
- Weight & deflection limits — adhered veneers are commonly governed by weight caps (around 15 psf for some assemblies) and L/360 deflection criteria at the substrate.
TooFlexi does not currently hold ASTM or ICC-ES test reports, so we describe these as the market’s expected evidence and supply our own documentation (A2 GB 8624; EN 15102 / EN 15286 under CPR). Because our sheets are 3.0–10.5 kg/m², they sit comfortably within typical adhered-veneer weight limits, and the flexible sheet suits seismic movement detailing.

Brazil’s construction sector is actively adopting lightweight exterior cladding to cut structural load and install time. The same logic applies across the region: MCM’s thin profile and fast thin-set install reduce crane, labour and waste cost versus solid stone.
