South & Central Asia — The Compliance Landscape
- India — NBC 2016. The National Building Code of India, Part 4 (Fire & Life Safety), addresses external walls, cladding and cavity barriers. Buildings above about 15 m are generally expected to use non-combustible / A2-class cladding.
- India — BIS. The Bureau of Indian Standards sets product standards; IS 17682 (Aluminium Composite Panels) is moving to mandatory ISI marking, separating fire-retardant from non-FR cores.
- India — Fire NOC. A Fire No-Objection Certificate is typically required above a height threshold and is a precondition for occupancy — façade material specifications are reviewed during this process.
- Central Asia. Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and neighbours follow the EAEU Technical Regulation on Fire Safety (TR TS 043/2017) and GOST / Eurocode-aligned standards, with reaction-to-fire classes analogous to EN 13501.

Panels are A2 class (GB 8624) inorganic and can be specified to meet EN 13501-1, aligning with the limited-combustibility cladding expectation for buildings above ~15 m. A Fire NOC is still required — we supply the factory fire report for submission.
Do you have BIS / ISI certification?
We do not currently hold BIS/ISI marks; IS 17682 mainly governs ACP cores. Our A2 (GB 8624) and verified EN 15102 / EN 15286 support submittals — discuss project-specific evidence with our team.
