Why MCM Is Resource-Efficient
- Inorganic composition. Made from mineral and stone powder — no plastic or foam core.
- Low manufacturing temperature. Cured rather than kiln-fired at stone temperatures, lowering process energy per square metre.
- Thin profile. Far less raw material per m² than 15–30 mm solid stone.
- Light transport. At 3.0–10.5 kg/m², shipping and handling emissions are a fraction of heavy cladding.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is MCM a plastic product?
No. The surface is made from real milled stone and mineral powder with an inorganic binder — it is not a PVC, PU or foam imitation.
Does the thin profile mean short life?
No. Thin does not mean weak: the inorganic sheet is warranted 10+ years and resists warping and mould. Lifespan depends on following the documented installation system.
Can MCM help with LEED / BREEAM credits?
The light weight and material efficiency support several credits (embodied carbon, transport, durability). Project-specific documentation should be assembled with your sustainability consultant.
